The position will be available by the end of 2024.


As a CRM Automation & Operation intern, you will be responsible for improving our CRM system; 

  • Map out and get an understanding of internal processes, and by using the data, find ways to improve and make a process more efficient
  • Set up new processes within the platform from start to finish. That can include setting up email templates including CTAs, embed forms, automating workflows, and reporting on the success. Followed by documentation and maintaining the process.
  • Investigating internal issues by troubleshooting workflows and comparing CRM data. Identify the issue and overlook the full process on how to solve it in the best possible way.


As a CRM intern, you are one of the contacts for internal CRM needs and issues. Depending on your knowledge and experience, you will run smaller projects together with a project leader or independently. Are you stuck? No problem. A full team is available throughout the project with expertise on all relevant topics. Developers, Marketing specialists, CRM specialists, Project leaders and so on.

What you can do for us:

  • Support to gather and prioritize specific CRM-related issues and enhancement requests

  • Ensure CRM data consistency, completeness, and correctness

  • Support with execution and optimization of automated flows in CRM.

  • Help understand the sales, risk and marketing teams needs and how to better support them

  • Help with the set up of forms, customer surveys and automated emails to be sent to leads and customers. Help teams to make the best use of Hubspot.

  • Provide day to day support to troubleshoot issues and manage the resolution of these issues

  • Work with CRM team on establishing best practices, process alignment and optimizations

Job requirements

  • Studying at a HBO/University in The Netherlands

  • Fluent in English

  • Knowledge and experience of HubSpot are an advantage. You don't have to know everything yet, we teach you the rest;

  • Motivated and curious to gain knowledge and master new technology;

  • Organized, great attention to detail, and highly motivated

  • Available full-time for a period of at least 6 months
